Best Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

This could very well be the easiest and most delicious Gluten Free Chocolate Chip cookies I’ve ever made. It includes all your basic cookie ingredients that you already have in your pantry, You’ll just need to make sure you have a tasty Gluten Free All Purpose Flour. I’ve tried several different brands and have also made my own gluten free flour blend but I really like this one by Divided Sunset. I get it from my local Walmart. If you have a favorite gluten free flour brand, let us know in the comments.

The instructions are simple and not really any different than regular chocolate chip cookies. Start by mixing up the flour, baking soda and salt. In a medium size mixing bowl, beat the softened butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla until creamy. Beat in the egg until combined.

Add in the flour mixture gradually. Stir in the chocolate chips and drop by a little over a inch size dough balls onto prepared baking sheets. Bake at 375 for 9-11 minutes or until golden brown. When theres about 3 minutes left on the timer, I like to smash the cookies slightly with a spatula. I also like to take the cookies out of the oven when the centers are still quite soft which will make them soft and chewy.

They are so tasty warm with a glass of cold milk and still taste great after a few days. Remember to store them in an airtight container or ziplock bag to preserve their freshness.
